Privacy Policy
Repeat Age Calcu values your trust and privacy. We strictly collect only the minimal data required for account authentication, virtual coin balance tracking, and life timeline calculations.
1. Information We Collect
A. Account & Authentication
- Google Sign-In: When you sign in using Google, Firebase Authentication securely provides us with your Google account display name, email address, and unique user identifier (UID).
- Email & Password: When you register via email, we store your email address and profile name. Passwords are cryptographically salted and hashed by Google Firebase; we never store plain text passwords.
B. In-App Coins & Purchases
- Virtual Coin Balance: Stored securely in your private Cloud Firestore wallet document for computing age milestone analytics.
- Google Play Billing Data: Financial payments are handled exclusively by Google Play. We only receive Google Play order IDs (e.g.,
GPA.xxxx) and timestamps to verify coin delivery. We never collect or store your payment card numbers.
C. Calculations & Timelines
- Dates of birth, comparison records, and milestones saved within the app are stored in your private Cloud Firestore document linked to your UID.
2. Third-Party Services & SDKs
The app relies on enterprise Google services adhering to global privacy laws:
- Google Firebase Authentication: Cloud login and identity verification.
- Google Cloud Firestore: Encrypted cloud database for coins and user calculations.
- Google Play In-App Billing Client (v9.1.0): Safe, encrypted Google Play in-app coin transactions.
- Google Play Services: Core Android system libraries for authentication and push alerts.
3. Data Protection & Security
All data transmitted between the app and backend services is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / HTTPS). Data at rest is encrypted within Google Cloud Firestore.
4. In-App Account & Data Deletion
You have full autonomy over your data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time:
- Instant In-App Deletion: Go to Settings ➔ Delete Account & All Data ➔ Type "CONFIRM". Your Firebase Auth identity, Firestore documents, coin credits, and calculation history are permanently purged immediately.
- Web Deletion: Email us at mdabirk150@gmail.com from your registered address to request complete server erasure within 48 hours.
5. Children's Privacy
Our application is designed for a general audience. We do not knowingly solicit or collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us for immediate deletion.

By downloading or using Repeat Age Calcu, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
Repeat Age Calcu provides chronological age analytics, life timeline calculations, and cosmic milestone comparisons. Features are delivered via local mathematical calculations and cloud-synchronized accounts.
2. User Accounts
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
- All user activity conducted under your authenticated account is your responsibility.
- You may close and permanently wipe your account at any time in the app Settings.
3. Virtual Coin Currency & In-App Purchases
- Consumable Virtual Goods: In-app coins/credits are virtual digital consumables used exclusively to calculate detailed timelines. They carry no cash value and cannot be redeemed for legal tender outside the application.
- Google Play Billing: In-app coin purchases are processed securely through Google Play. Prices, package tiers, and currency exchange rates are managed through Google Play.
- Refunds: Purchases are subject to Google Play's standard refund policies. Unused coins are forfeited upon voluntary account deletion.
4. Disclaimer & Liability
Repeat Age Calcu calculations, milestones, and planetary timelines are provided for educational, informational, and entertainment purposes. The app is provided on an "AS-IS" basis without warranties of any kind.

Account and Data Deletion Policy
Right to Complete Erasure: In strict adherence to Google Play policies, users can delete their entire account and all associated cloud data either directly within the app or via this web portal.
Method 1: Instant In-App Account Deletion (Recommended)
5-Step In-App Deletion Guide:
- Open Repeat Age Calcu on your Android phone.
- Tap the Settings (⚙️) icon on the top header.
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap "Delete Account & All Data".
- Type
CONFIRM in all capital letters into the verification box.
- Tap the red button: "Permanently Delete Account".
Instant Result: Your Firebase Auth account, Firestore cloud wallet, calculation records, and profile are immediately and permanently erased from Google servers.
Method 2: Web / Email Deletion Request (External Portal)
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device:
- Send an email to: mdabirk150@gmail.com
- Subject:
Delete Repeat Age Account
- Body: Please send the request from the email address registered with the app.
- Processing SLA: Our team will process the deletion and permanently wipe all server records within 48 hours, followed by a confirmation email.
